Bienvenido, we welcome you to La Cava Restaurant, or as it is called here in Mexico, Restaurant La Cava!

We are a family owned establishment located in the small Ciudad (town) of Guerrero in the state of Chihuahua. Guerrero is located on a high plain, at about 4,100 ft. elevation, just slightly to the east of the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains.

We are happy that you have taken the time to view our website in which we will endeavor to tell you a bit about La Cava, and our area of Mexico.

Since many customers of La Cava are also first time visitors to Mexico we have included additional web pages that provide useful and interesting information on our state of Chihuahua and the famous Copper Canyon region. These pages include some history, cultural information, and points of interest you will want to visit during your trip.

Also, you will find a web page that describes a little more about us and has a link to a good map and driving information for those who are traveling here by car or motorcycle.

Since opening La Cava in 1993 we have had the pleasure of serving our local customers and also many foreign travellers who have returned again and again.

We also want to make you aware of the wonderful work being done at the Guerrero Clinic, a volunteer effort by many Mexican and American doctors and dentists to help the indigent people of Chihuahua in need of specialized medical care. This effort now reaches 60% of the indigent population of Chihuahua. If you wish, you can read further and contribute to this fine work via the Crystal Foundation.
